Elisa Viotto has been a member of the Bologna Bar since 2015. She has been Of Counsel of Kern & Weyl since 2020 and a member of the Italian desk of the firm.
Elisa is graduated with full marks and honors from the Bologna University of Law. She obtained a master’s degree in Data Protection Officer in 2018.
Since 2012 she has collaborated with the Costa-Creta Law Firm, where she immediately specialized in the protection of intellectual property, competition, copyright and the protection of personal data, gaining significant experience both in the judicial field and in the out of court.
In particular, Elisa defends large companies and SMEs (before all the main Italian Courts) in disputes concerning the counterfeiting of patents, designs and trademarks and in matters of unfair competition and theft of know-how. In addition, she provides to her client’s assistance and legal advice in negotiation and drafting of contracts relating to intellectual property rights.
She is a member of the International Trademark Association (ITA) and of the Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) (Italian Group).
